This is my creation for this special event!

Stayed true to my CAS style and used MME Follow Your Heart stamps for this along with Studio Calico wood veneer banners, which I inked in and added the number 2 to it. The main HB image is from PTI 2012 Birthday Tags set stamped on oval limitless layers dies, again from PTI.

Howdy! 🙂

Today is the start of Navrathri – a ten day festival dedicated to the Goddess for celebrating the triumph of good over evil. Though the literal translation of navrathri means nine days :), the tenth day is also equally auspicious as it is Vijayadashami – tenth day of victory (literally – dashami is tenth and vijaya means victorious) as any new venture or class or job is started on this day. It is believed that this day will give the right start to any endeavor done in faith 🙂

So on this auspicious start of the festival, I made a card! 😀
