Happy New Year!

Happy New Year wishes to you all! Wishing you a year better than the one gone by…and wishing you luck for what you wish for! πŸ™‚

Have been surfing blogland for the challenges and my fav crafters….but inspiration is yet to strike me to create myself! πŸ™‚ Realized that getting back to crafting and challenges is going to take a while yet….but then you never know…:P

Sharing pictures of an album I made as a gift for a friend….used the PTI Mini Page die and cranked out the base in no time πŸ™‚

Tried the now popular multi-scroll quilling and made it a funky G (my friend’s name starts with G), added one lovely mulberry rose and some diecut alphabets. Most of the papers were from a 6×6 Crate Paper pad which Priya Venkat so kindly shared with me. Thanks very much Priya! πŸ™‚

Some of the inside pages….used a lot of sentiments and very little fancy stuff. Made about 5 inserts…..and kept the rest fairly simple..

Used a lot of my stamps and sentiment stamps for this. Gave a lot of space for pictures and personal journaling too. Came together rather quickly as I did not follow a color scheme and took things as they came along.

Give it a go yourself! Make a mini album for gifting and see how much it will mean to the person receiving it! πŸ™‚

Thank you for stopping by! Appreciate it πŸ™‚
