Christmas Leaves

Good to see you again here after a mini break šŸ™‚ It has started to rain here again (grr…) and life is a bit hectic these days.

Keeping with the holiday spirit, I am linking up to two challenges – LIM 41 – One Layer – Leaves and A Passion for Papertrey – Christmas

Edited to add: Am also linking up for Make My Monday – make a CAS Christmas card with emphasis on sentiments

Too lazy to link up multiple entries (I am also running against the clock for the LIM deadline!) and so all my entries in one go! šŸ™‚ Saw some amazing entries at LIM but I kept things very very simple here today šŸ™‚

Since the challenge is one-layer, I had to force myself not to add anything else! šŸ™‚ Used Modern Basics for this one with the sentiment from Bells and Boughs.

Used the lovely and awesome Holiday sentiments set that Nichole Heady designed last month – just fab! Image from Holiday Tags 2010.

Bells and Boughs again with a Stylish Holiday sentiment again šŸ™‚

Finding it much easier to crank out cards like this for the holiday season. A couple of layers is also nice I guess šŸ˜€

Wanted to share a picture of my littlest one with his masterpiece he made in school.

Notice that the flowers each have a different color for each petal! He said he was bored with using the same color for every petal! LOL! He drew it all himself and designed it himself too – five years old šŸ™‚

Thanks so much for dropping by! And a high five for having made it this far in the post! šŸ™‚

In fact all three are brilliant and what a creative little lad you have too….wouldn’t it be great if flowers did have different coloured petals, I like his thinking šŸ™‚
