Banana Bread

Banana Bread

1 1/2 cups – flour

3/4 cup – castor sugar

1 1/2 tsp – baking powder

1 tsp – cinnamon powder

1/4 tsp – salt

2 – large, very ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

2 – eggs

2/3 cup – butter, melted, cooled

1/2 cup – walnuts (optional)

Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder.

Process the bananas and eggs in a blender till light and frothy. Pour into a bowl and add sugar and melted butter. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the nuts if using.

Bake at 180 C for 35-45 minutes in a loaf tin.

    • Well……hello!!! 😛 Finally got on the bandwagon! Yayyy!!! Still figuring out stuff but it does work out! Worked out the link business as you might have noticed!! 🙂 Hop on and I am sure we will have a great time riding this wave together! 🙂
